Agreement for Data Transfer and Usage

KUPRI provides copies of the TOMOGRAPHY SCAN DATA identified above, through the Digital Morphology Museum (DMM) website. KUPRI asks that the RECIPIENT agree to the following conditions before downloading the TOMOGRAPHY SCAN DATA.

  1. The above TOMOGRAPHY SCAN DATA are the property of the KUPRI (or Institution/Researcher) and are licensed by the Research Material Committee of KUPRI as a service to the research community.
  2. The TOMOGRAPHY SCAN DATA will be used for teaching and other academic research purposes only, not for profit or enterprise.
  3. The TOMOGRAPHY SCAN DATA will not be further distributed to third parties. Any distribution of the data to a third party requires another agreement between the third party and KUPRI, through the DMM website.
  4. The RECIPIENT agrees to acknowledge the source of the TOMOGRAPHY SCAN DATA in any publications reporting results from their use.
